Company Philosophy
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, BRAAV ("brave") is a certified HUBZone minority woman-owned small business (WOSB), a trusted advisor that partners with customers to provide efficient creative solutions. It takes courage to be innovative!
We at BRAAV believe there is nothing we cannot do! I mean, we can't launch rockets or perform open heart surgery but that's primarily because we have never put the time and effort into learning how.
We never want to be in a position where we are standing around at the end of a project pointing fingers or assessing blame because we failed. Instead, it is our belief that we individually and collectively have the power to positively influence the outcome of any situation. We can always take action that will ultimately culminate into a win - from adjusting the critical path or resetting stakeholders' expectations - to simply rolling up our sleeves and delivering goods if necessary. Our goal is to be "high-fiving" everyone at the end of a project celebrating that we won and yes, also sometimes embracing the opportunity to grow or be better after reviewing "lessons learned," which is still a gain in our book!
We have found in our network of associates that our individual fields complement each other’s in surprising, and what has turned out to be inseparable, ways. This made us eager to cultivate our own company, one that would effectively intersect over 100 years' expertise with our respective interests. We believe that what makes a creative business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in "causing others to win" means that we are completely devoted to your company; that we will protect it as if it were our own. That is the energy that sets us apart.
Our end goal is to be true multipliers and servant leaders that aid in others' successes.
